FAQs

  1. All products are handmade in Roatan Honduras
  2. We do not ship.
  3. Art and signs take up to 2 weeks unless otherwise advised.
  4. Furniture can take 4-6 weeks or more, a timeline will be provided.
  5. We do take custom requests.
  6. Payments are made as following, all products are paid through paypal.
  7. Furniture orders – 50% is due up front, 25% when you receive a picture of it completed and final balance at pickup.
  8. Items purchased at shows are paid in full, orders placed at shows are paid in full at the show.
  9. All items can be made for indoors or outdoors, prices on the website are for indoor, if an item is wanted for outdoors, please add 20% to the price, to ensure longevity.
  10. Due to our weather here on the island there is no guarantee that colours wont fade, all items outdoors are sealed for best protection. As well, weather often delays delivery of items that are not widely available on the island.
  11. Custom orders are non refundable.
  12. All items are to be picked up at my workshop.
  13. Deposits made on rush orders are not refundable, deposits made on multiple item orders are not refundable after materials have been ordered.
